They are often referred to as hessian bags or sacks. Some of the more common applications are sand bags, or burlap bags for parts, grain sack races or quality bags with jute draw strings for presentations. Custom burlap bags with up to 3-color printing on 1 or two sides. New and used burlap potato bags are usually available in 22" wide by 36" Long, occasionally 22 " x 40".
